Ingredients

  • 150 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) small head endive salad
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) baby onion
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Kidney Beans
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Vegetable corn
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Clean lamb's lettuce. Clean endive salad and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Wash and drain the lettuce. Peel onion and cut into thin slices. Rinse beans and corn on a sieve and let drain.

    Wash and halve the tomatoes. Mix all salad ingredients. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil. Mix the marinade with the salad just before serving.
