Wash the legs and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Turn first in flour, then in whisked egg and then in the almonds. Place on a greased baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 40 minutes.
Onions peel and cut into eighths. Fry in hot fat, add chunky tomatoes and heat. Season with pickled pepper. Baguette tastes good with it.
