Ingredients

  • 2 Protein (size M)
  • 70 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 40 g crushed almonds
  • baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cardboard
  • 25 Lucky Chart

Directions

    Beat the egg white with the whisk of the hand mixer for approx. 1 minute until frothy. Stir in flour, sugar and almonds. Let the dough swell for about 10 minutes

    Cut out a hole template (approx. 8 cm Ø) from a cardboard about 1 mm thick. Place the template on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Pour some dough into each hole and spread thinly. Bake 5 circles of dough in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 4-5 minutes

    Open the oven door. Dissolve the biscuits in the oven immediately with a pallet or knife. Remove the baking tray and place the lucky slips (approx. 1 x 6 cm) in the middle of the biscuits. Quickly fold the hot biscuits down to the middle and form moons as desired. Bake a total of 25 fortune cookies
