Ingredients

  • 100 g Butter or margarine
  • 350 g Icing sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 3-4 Tbsp Milk
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 3 TSP Baking Powder
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp sugar pearls, chocolate sprinkles and sugar figures

Directions

    Cream fat, 100 g icing sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Add milk. Mix flour, blancmange powder and baking powder and stir in. Using two teaspoons, place about 25 small heaps on two baking trays lined with baking paper.

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-12 minutes one after the other. Let cool on a cake rack. Mix the remaining icing sugar, lemon juice and approx. 2 teaspoons of water to a thick icing.

    Coat the flat side of the Americans with the cast. Sprinkle with small sugar pearls and chocolate sprinkles and decorate with sugar figures. Let it dry. Results in about 25 pieces.
