Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Stem(s) Rosemary
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed coloured pepper
  • 4 Rump steaks (approx. 150 g each)
  • 4 Butterfly pork steaks (approx. 200 g each)
  • 4 discs Bacon (à approx. 10 g)
  • 4 discs Gouda cheese (about 15 g each)
  • 4 Stem(s) Oregano
  • 2 fine, scalded bratwursts (à approx. 140 g)
  • 2 green peppers (about 200 g each)
  • 2 medium red onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) Lettuce
  • 2 Tomatoes (about 100 g each)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh herbs, lemon slices and garlic bulb
  • 10 wooden skewers
  • 8 wooden skewers (each approx. 20 cm long)

Directions

    Peel the garlic and cut into fine slices. Wash the rosemary, dab dry and chop finely. Mix 5 tablespoons of oil, garlic, rosemary, lemon juice and coloured pepper. Wash the rump steaks, dab dry and marinate for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, wash the butterfly steaks and pat dry. Wash oregano, dab dry and remove the leaves from the stems. Place 1 slice of bacon and 1 slice of cheese on the inside of each steak.

    Spread oregano leaves on top. Fold up and fix with wooden skewers. Cut the sausages into pieces of about 2 cm length. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Peel red onions and cut into slices. Put sausage, paprika pieces and onion slices alternately on the wooden skewers. Dab rump steaks a little bit and grill them on the hot grill for 2-4 minutes on each side. Season rump steaks with salt and sprinkle with the remaining marinade. Put butterfly steaks in a grill tray and grill for 5-6 minutes on each side. Grill sausage skewers all around for 6-8 minutes. Clean and wash the salad, dab dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Peel onion and cut into rings. Mix salad, tomato slices and onion rings.

    Season rump steaks with salt and sprinkle with the remaining marinade. Put butterfly steaks in a grill tray and grill for 5-6 minutes on each side. Grill sausage skewers all around for 6-8 minutes. Clean and wash the salad, dab dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Peel onion and cut into rings. Mix salad, tomato slices and onion rings. Mix vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add 3 tablespoons of oil. Season with a pinch of sugar. Drizzle the sauce over the lettuce. Arrange the grilled meat on a plate. Serve garnished with fresh herbs, lemon slices and garlic bulb. Serve with a sour cream dip and ciabatta

    Mix vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add 3 tablespoons of oil. Season with a pinch of sugar. Drizzle the sauce over the lettuce. Arrange the grilled meat on a plate. Serve garnished with fresh herbs, lemon slices and garlic bulb. Serve with a sour cream dip and ciabatta
