Mini pizzas with ham

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Artichoke hearts
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 tin(s) (300 g) chilled fresh dough for 4 baguette rolls
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 4 TSP Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 4 discs cooked ham (approx. 30 g each)
  • 80 g Blue cheese
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lettuce and tomatoes
  • baking paper

Directions

    Drain the artichokes and cut them in half. Wash, clean, quarter, seed and chop the tomatoes

    Remove the dough pieces from the tin according to instructions. Roll out each piece on a lightly floured work surface (approx. 10 cm Ø)

    Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread 1 teaspoon of tomato paste on each. Season with salt and pepper. Spread ham, artichokes and tomatoes on top. Cut the cheese into pieces and put it on top

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Wash parsley and chop finely except for a little bit. Arrange pizzas and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes and the rest of the parsley if desired.
