Place the puff pastry slices next to each other and let them thaw for about 10 minutes. Use a round cutter (5 cm Ø) to cut out 3 puff pastry circles each. Place the circles on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Brush with a little water. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 12 minutes. After about 6 minutes, place the mini baking camembert on the baking tray. Remove.
##Salad## Clean, wash and shake dry. Put the puff pastry, salad and baking camembert on top of each other. ##Cranberry## jam (enclosed in the package) on the camemberts, serve immediately.
