Puff pastry pies with ham

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 6 square slices (à 45 g) frozen puff pastry
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 (150 g) small zucchini
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • some stem(s) Thyme
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 12 wafer-thin slices of cold cuts (e.g. cooked ham or turkey breast)
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves, cherry tomatoes and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley
  • baking paper

Directions

    Place the slices of dough side by side on a baking tray lined with baking paper and allow to thaw

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash, clean and finely dice the zucchini. Wash herbs and chop finely

    Mix sour cream, egg, onion, garlic, herbs and zucchini. Season with salt and pepper

    Fold the corners of each dough slice slightly towards the middle. Spread the sour cream over the middle of each dough. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 10-15 minutes. After half the baking time, place 2 slices of cold cuts on top of each. Garnish with lettuce leaves, tomatoes and parsley
