Ingredients

  • 500 g Flour
  • 2 packets (7 g each) Dry yeast
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 13 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 kg Minced beef
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chillies
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cumin
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 package (200 g) strained tomatoes
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) red pepper
  • 100 g Spring onions
  • 200 g Rocket salad
  • 250 g Sheep's cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour

Directions

    Mix flour and yeast in a mixing bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 10 tablespoons of 0 olive oil and 250 ml of lukewarm water and knead everything with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Afterwards knead with your hands to a smooth yeast dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. In the meantime peel onion and garlic.

    Finely dice the onion, press the garlic through a garlic press. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil, crumble the minced meat into it and fry while turning. Finally add onions and garlic, season with salt, pepper, cumin and cinnamon and fry briefly. Stir in tomato sauce, season to taste and let the minced meat cool down. Knead the yeast dough again and roll out on a greased, floured baking tray (32 x 38 cm). Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for another 15 minutes. Then spread the mince mixture on the dough and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. In the meantime, clean, wash and drain the bell pepper and spring onions. Dice the bell peppers and cut the spring onions into rings. Clean, wash and drain the salad and cut into strips.

    Then spread the mince mixture on the dough and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. In the meantime, clean, wash and drain the bell pepper and spring onions. Dice the bell peppers and cut the spring onions into rings. Clean, wash and drain the salad and cut into strips. Crumble feta cheese. Spread spring onions, paprika, salad and feta cheese on the finished pizza and sprinkle with Turkish pepper. Cut into 12-16 pieces
