Mini pizzas with creamed vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (300 g) Frozen "creamy king vegetables
  • 1 tin(s) (250 g) Pizza dough (chilled fresh dough)
  • 4 TSP Breadcrumbs
  • 8 discs Salami
  • 75 g Allgäu mountain cheese
  • 1-2 stem(s) Parsley

Directions

    Boil up frozen vegetables with 1/8 l cold water. Simmer at low heat while stirring for about 8 minutes. Let cool down a little bit

    Roll out the dough and cut into 4 equal pieces. Sprinkle 1 tsp. breadcrumbs in the middle of each. Spread the vegetables on top. Put 2 slices of salami on each. Wrap the dough corners towards the middle and press them lightly

    Grate the cheese, sprinkle over it. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. Wash, chop and sprinkle parsley
