Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 250 g mixed minced meat
  • 3 medium-sized onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 1 package (500 g) chunky tomatoes
  • 4 red chillies
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Kidney Beans
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Vegetable corn
  • 12 medium-sized cherry tomatoes
  • 1 package (460 g) Pizza dough base mix (2 bags of 230 g each)
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oregano

Directions

    Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mince in it until crumbly. Meanwhile peel 1 onion and garlic and dice finely. Add to the minced meat and fry. Dust the minced meat with flour and add the chunky tomatoes.

    Wash the chili and dab dry and add. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. In the meantime rinse and drain the beans. Drain the corn. Add corn and beans to the chili.

    Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Peel the remaining onions and cut into rings. Mix the pizza dough with 1/4 litre water to a smooth dough. Roll out the dough on a baking tray. Spread chili con carne on top.

    Add cherry tomatoes and onion rings. Grate cheese coarsely. Spread the crème fraiche and cheese on the pizza. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) on the lower shelf for 20-25 minutes.

    Remove, cut into pieces and serve garnished with oregano.
