Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1/2 cube (21 g) Yeast
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 250 g Blue cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. Gorgonzola)
  • 1 package (370 g) chunky tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    Put the flour in a bowl. Crumble yeast into it. Add sugar, salt, oil and 150 ml lukewarm water. Knead to a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

    Cut the cheese into large pieces. Knead the pizza dough again, cut in half and roll out to two round bases (approx. 20 cm Ø) on a floured work surface. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, spread with chunky tomatoes, add cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes
