Ingredients

  • 200 g mixed mince
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sweet paprika
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sesame
  • 1 pck. "Sunday rolls" (roll; 330 g each; 6 pieces)
  • 80 g Gouda (play)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Ketchup
  • 80 g Danish cucumber salad (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chive straws

Directions

    Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly. Stir in tomato paste, season with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 180 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Grease six troughs of a muffin tray and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place pieces of bread roll dough in the troughs, press the edges up slightly. Spread the minced meat in them. Bake in a hot oven for 10-12 minutes. Coarsely grate the cheese and spread it on the muffins about 5 minutes before the end of the baking time. Remove the muffins from the trays and let them cool down.

    Spread ketchup and drained cucumbers on the muffins. Sprinkle with chives cut into small rolls.
