Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Sriracha (hot chili sauce)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 Hot dog sausages
  • 8 Disc/s Bacon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 can(s) (212 ml each) Corn
  • 4 Stem/s Parsley
  • 4 Hot dog buns

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 180 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Bake the hot dog buns in the oven for approx. 5 minutes and cut lengthwise.

    Cut the avocado in half, remove the core and the flesh from the skin. Peel garlic and chop finely. Crush avocado, garlic, lime juice and 1 tsp. Sriracha finely with a fork. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each sausage and fry in hot oil all around for 3-4 minutes. Drain the corn. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop. Fill each roll with 1 sausage, avocadomus and corn. Sprinkle with parsley and sprinkle with remaining Sriracha.
