Minced lime pan with mung bean sprouts

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Basmati Rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 1 big onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Limes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 600 g mixed mince
  • 150 g Mung bean sprouts
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 small bundle/pot of coriander
  • 2 TEASPOONS Sambal Oelek

Directions

    Cook rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Peel and finely dice onion and garlic. Wash organic lime hot, dry and cut into pieces. Squeeze other limes.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the minced meat for about 10 minutes until crumbly brown. After 5 minutes fry onion and garlic briefly. Season with salt and pepper.

    In the meantime, sort out the seedlings, wash and drain well. Add to the mince and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add lime juice and soy sauce, bring to the boil.

    Wash the coriander, shake dry, chop and stir in with the lime pieces. Season to taste with Sambal Oelek. Serve. and eat the rice with it.
