Vegetable soup with poultry sausages

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 Courgettes (about 200 g)
  • 1 small stick of leek (leek; approx. 150 g)
  • 2 Carrots
  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 2 TEASPOONS Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 3 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 (approx. 75 g) Poultry Vienna sausages
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper

Directions

    Clean or peel and wash the vegetables. Halve the zucchini lengthwise and cut into slices. Cut leek into rings. Slice or cut carrots into thin strips. Peel, wash and chop potatoes.

    Boil up potatoes and vegetables in 1/2 l water with broth and simmer covered for about 15 minutes. Wash thyme, dab dry, chop and add.

    Cut the sausages into slices and heat them in the soup for 3-4 minutes. Season soup with salt and pepper.
