Clean and wash the vegetables. Halve zucchini lengthwise and cut into slices. Dice paprika. Peel and finely dice onion. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips.
Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat for 3-4 minutes while turning it over. Add the vegetables and onion and continue to fry for 3-4 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper.
Whisk eggs and 6 tablespoons of milk. Season well with salt and pepper. Pour into the pan and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes at low heat. Then turn in large pieces and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes.
In the meantime stir sour cream, 3-4 tablespoons milk and chilli sauce until smooth. Season to taste with salt and chilli powder. Serve the omelette with the chilli sour cream.
