  • 1/2 Vanilla pod
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Cocoa powder
  • 3 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 500 ml Milk

Directions

    Slice the vanilla lengthwise and scrape out the pulp with the back of a knife. Mix cocoa, vanilla pulp, sugar, cinnamon, salt and cream

    Bring milk to the boil, add the mixed cocoa while stirring. Arrange in cups
