Black tea with chili and rosemary

Ingredients

  • 2 small, red chilli peppers
  • 2–3 Branches of rosemary
  • 3 TABLESPOONS black tea

Directions

    Wash the chillies, dab dry and remove the stalk. Cut the pod open, remove the seeds, cut the pod into rings. Wash the rosemary, shake dry and press and rub lightly with your hands

    Pour 1 litre of boiling water over black tea, chilli rings and rosemary in a pot and leave to infuse for about 3 minutes

  3. 3

    Pour tea through a sieve and serve

    Waiting time approx. 3 minutes
