Meatballs with prawns & guacamole

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Onion
  • 600 g mixed mince
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 1 TABLESPOON medium hot mustard
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chili Flakes
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 2 Jalapeños
  • 2 stem(s) Dill
  • 8 raw shrimps (without head and shell)

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead with mixed mince, 1 egg, breadcrumbs and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Form 4 large meatballs from the minced meat mixture.

    Fry the meatballs in oil for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, cut the avocado in half for the guacamole, remove the core. Remove the flesh from the skin and puree. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar and lime juice.

    Clean, wash, cut jalapeños into rings. Dill washing, plucking. Shrimps wash, dab dry. Take the meatballs out of the pan and fry the prawns for about 2 minutes.

    Arrange the meatballs with guacamole and prawns. Fry the jalapeños briefly in the pan. Put dill on the meatballs and sprinkle with chilli flakes.
