Curry sausage goulash in tomato sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 bag (750 g each) TK-Pommes-frites (for the oven)
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Courgettes (about 250 g)
  • 4 Curry sausages or fine boiled bratwursts (approx. 150 g each)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Curry
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml each) chunky tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet paprika powder
  • baking paper

Directions

    Preheat the oven (see package instructions for chips). Place the French fries on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook according to the instructions on the packet. Peel the onions and cut into fine strips. Wash, clean and chop the zucchini. Cut the sausages into slices.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the sausage slices for approx. 5 minutes while turning. Fry onions and zucchini briefly. Season with salt. Sprinkle with curry and sauté briefly. Deglaze with tomatoes and 100 ml water, bring to the boil and simmer open for about 8 minutes.

    Season curry sausage goulash with salt and curry. Season chips with salt and paprika. Arrange everything.
