Ingredients

  • 4 TABLESPOONS Cranberry Jam
  • 2 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 1-2 Onions
  • 4 (à 75 g) double matje filets
  • 4 discs brown bread (approx. 50 g each)
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • several sheets Lollo bianco salad
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Mix jam and mustard. Peel onions and cut into fine rings. Rinse the maties in cold water and dab dry. Spread black bread slices with fat. Cover with lettuce leaves, matjes and onion rings.

    Add some cranberry dip each. Garnish with parsley if desired.
