Dice marzipan. Sieve 100 g icing sugar onto a work surface, spread marzipan cubes on top, knead into a smooth dough and cut in half. Mix cocoa and 5 g icing sugar. Shape half of the marzipan into potatoes with your hands, turn in the icing sugar-cocoa mixture and dust with a baking brush. Knead the rest of the marzipan with the remaining icing sugar and food coloring, form into carrots, press them in with a knife and decorate the tops with a pistachio nut. Fill into a basket and give away
