Pour the baking mixture into a mixing bowl. Add egg, 100 ml water and oil. Work into a smooth dough with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in raisins.
Place 2-3 moulds into each other and fill in the dough with a tablespoon. Place the ramekins on a baking rack and bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes. Take the muffins out of the oven and let them cool down on a grid. Results in approx. 12 pieces
