Wash the meat and dab dry. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Wash the rosemary and pluck the needles. Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic and rosemary. Pour the marinade over the meat, cover and leave to stand for approx. 4 hours.
Remove the meat from the marinade and allow to drain. Season with salt and pepper. Grill the meat on the hot grill while turning for 8-10 minutes. Spread with the rest of the marinade
