  • 250 g Calf's liver
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) small apple
  • 6 discs Bacon
  • 12 small leaves sage

Directions

    Wash the liver, dab dry and cut into twelve cubes. Cut apple into twelve thin slices. Halve the bacon strips. Wash sage and dab dry. Wrap 1/2 strip of bacon around a piece of liver, a slice of apple and a sage leaf. Put liver on skewers and fry in hot oil
