Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 8 Egg Yolk
  • 200 g Icing sugar
  • 1 kg Mascarpone (Italian cream cheese)
  • 16 Ladyfingers
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Mocha liqueur
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cocoa powder

Directions

    Cream the egg yolks and icing sugar in a bowl until the mixture turns whitish. Fold in the mascarpone with a whisk. Cut the lady fingers in half crosswise. Divide into 8 portion bowls and soak with the mocca liqueur.

    Fill the mascarpone cream into the bowls. Put everything in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Dust the cream with cocoa before serving.
