Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 Vegetable Onion
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml; 250 g by weight) Apricots
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 350 ml Fruit vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Mustard seeds
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Honey
  • 2 packages (500 g each) frozen chicken chips

Directions

    Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Peel and chop the onion. Drain the apricots and collect the juice. Dice the apricots. Cut the chilli pepper into thin rings. Boil up peppers, apricots, onions, chilli, vinegar and apricot juice.

    Season with salt and mustard seeds. Cook at high heat for about 40 minutes. Then let it cool down a bit and season with honey. In the meantime, fry the frozen chips in hot oil for about 8 minutes, turning them over.
