Macaroni with turkey and white wine sauce

Ingredients

  • 200 g Turkey escalope
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 150 g Oyster mushrooms
  • 400 g Macaroni Noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1/2 bunch Chives

Directions

    Wash the turkey escalopes, dab dry and cut into fine strips. Clean, clean and halve the mushrooms. Clean oyster mushrooms and possibly halve them. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes.

    In the meantime heat oil in a pan. Brown the turkey strips and mushrooms in it. Season with salt and pepper. Dust with flour, sweat briefly and deglaze with white wine. Add stock and cream and bring to the boil.

    Pull aside and keep warm. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls. Drain the macaroni, mix with the turkey and white wine sauce and arrange on plates.

    Sprinkle with the chives.
