  • 125 g Schmand
  • 75 g sweet homemade mustard
  • 300 g ready-made coleslaw
  • 75 g Radishes
  • 4 discs Meat loaf (approx. 100 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • several sheets Lamb's lettuce
  • 4 Pretzel rolls (approx. 100 g each)
  • 50 g Roasted onions

    Stir together the sour cream and mustard. Drain coleslaw in a sieve. Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Heat oil in a pan and fry meatloaf for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan. Clean, wash and drain the lamb's lettuce well

    Cut open the buns. Spread sour-mustard cream on the cut surface. Cover undersides with meat loaf, lamb's lettuce, coleslaw and radishes. Sprinkle with fried onions. Place the upper roll halves on top and arrange
