Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken fillets (approx. 150 g each)
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 can(s) (236 ml, 4 discs) Pineapple
  • 4 Kaiserbrötchen (approx. 55 g each)
  • 40 g Butter
  • 4 discs cooked ham (approx. 25 g each)
  • 4 discs Gouda cheese (approx. 30 g each)

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into slices (into small shreds). Whisk the egg in a deep plate. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Turn meat first in egg, then in flour and then in breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the meat for about 5 minutes while turning it, remove from the pan

    Pour the pineapple into a sieve and drain. Cut open the bread roll. Spread the roll halves with butter. Cover lower halves with ham, schnitzel, one slice of pineapple and one slice of cheese

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 3 minutes. Take out of the oven, place the top halves of the rolls on top and arrange
