1⁄2 Bring l water and 1 teaspoon broth to the boil. Add rice, cook according to package instructions. Add frozen vegetables and cook for about 6 minutes.
Dab the meat dry and season with salt and pepper. Cover with 1 slice of ham. Fold them up and fix them with wooden skewers. Fry in hot oil for about 3 minutes on each side, remove. Add 100 ml water to the frying set, bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper.
Stir butter into the rice, season to taste. Serve with cutlets and broth. Wash parsley and sprinkle leaves over it.
