Lettuce with warm bacon marinade

Ingredients

  • 100 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 1 TABLESPOON medium hot mustard
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Honey
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 large lettuce

Directions

    Cut bacon into fine strips and fry until crispy. Peel onion, dice finely and fry briefly. Deglaze everything with wine and boil down for about 5 minutes, stir in mustard, honey and oil in a bowl. Season to taste

    Clean and wash the salad and pluck it bite-sized or cut it into wide strips. Mix everything with the warm marinade
