Onions peel and chop finely. Finely dice 200 g cheese. Roughly dice 200 g cheese and puree finely with a chopping stick. Knead pureed cheese, onions, butter in flakes, wine, salt and pepper. Knead in cheese cubes. Form into a roll (approx. 8 cm Ø).
Wrap in foil. Keep cool for at least 2 hours. Cut into slices and serve garnished with parsley. Cheese should be served at room temperature. Tastes good with farmhouse bread
