  • 1/2 Bread rolls from the previous day
  • 1 Onion
  • 300 g mixed mince
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp sweet paprika, 2 tablespoons oil
  • 125 g Raclette cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp to gratinate

Directions

    Soak rolls in water. Peel and chop the onion. Knead with minced onion, squeezed out roll and egg. Season with salt, pepper and paprika

    Form 12 small thalers from the mass. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the minced thalers in it at medium heat for 5-8 minutes. Bake in a raclette pan with cheese
