Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water for about 20 minutes. Rinse meat, dab dry and dice. Cut onions into slices. Clean the leek, wash and cut into rings. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the meat in it while turning. Add onions and leek and fry. Add tomato pieces and stock and let everything braise for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with gyros spice salt. Chop parsley finely
Drain the potatoes, sprinkle with parsley and serve with the braised meat
