  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 8 cl Limettensaft (Rose)
  • 8 cl Lavender syrup
  • 16 cl Gin
  • 4 large ice cubes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Branches de lavande

Directions

    Wash the lemon, grate dry and peel 4 strips spirally with a peeler. Halve the lemon and squeeze the juice. Spread ice cubes on the glasses (à approx. 150 ml).

    Mix 4 cl lemon juice, lime juice, syrup and gin and distribute through a sieve onto the glasses. Decorate with lavender twigs and lemon peel and serve immediately.
