Beat the lard, fat, sugar and vanillin sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until foamy. Mix flour and ammonium bicarbonate and knead. Halve the dough and knead the cocoa under one half. Put the dough in a cool place overnight. Form about 40 balls from each dough, place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press a depression in the middle of the balls. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200°C/ gas: level 3) for 12-15 minutes. Results in approx. 80 pieces
