Wash the untreated orange hot, peel the peel in thin strips with a julienne knife or peel the orange thinly and cut the peel into fine strips. Wash and peel the remaining oranges. Remove the white skin completely. Remove the fruit fillets between the peelings, collecting the juice.
Mix the mascarpone with sugar, advocaat, vanillin sugar, quark and 75 ml orange juice. Place the fillets in a bowl until eight. Layer the mascarpone cream on top. Decorate with the remaining orange fillets, orange peel and chocolate stars or chocolate crumbles
