Fruit salad with Campari marinade

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Carambola (star fruit)
  • 1/2 Pomegranate
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Orange juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Campari
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp some physalis
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Coconut flakes or chips

Directions

    Wash the apple thoroughly, quarter and core it. Cut apple quarters into slices. Peel orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut orange into slices. Halve if necessary. Wash the carambola, dab dry and cut into slices. Remove the pomegranate seeds between the skins. Mix orange juice, Campari and vanilla sugar. Mix the fruit and Campari marinade and leave to stand for at least 30 minutes. Decorate fruit salad with physalis, sprinkle with grated coconut
