Ingredients

  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 130 g Milk chocolate
  • 50 g Walnut kernels
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey (30-40 g)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Irish whiskey cream liqueur (e.g. Baileys)
  • 50 Aluminium praline cones, assorted colours
  • baking paper

Directions

    Boil up the cream. Chop dark chocolate and 100 g whole milk chocolate. Remove cream from the stove and dissolve the chocolate in it while stirring. Pour into a mixing bowl and chill for about 2 hours. In the meantime chop the walnut kernels very finely (almost ground). Cut fine shavings/rolls from the remaining chocolate with a peeler and chill.

    Whip the cold chocolate cream mixture with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Add honey, liqueur and chopped walnuts, except for 3 teaspoons for decorating, and stir in briefly. Immediately place in a piping bag with a star-shaped or perforated spout and squirt into the praline sachets. Place on a tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with chocolate chips and walnuts. Chill the chocolate-walnut confection for approx. 1 hour
