Ingredients

  • 200 ml Lime juice (approx. 8 limes)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 300 ml Prosecco
  • 2 Protein
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lime slices and mint leaves

Directions

    Stir lime juice, rum and sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Add Prosecco. Beat the egg whites until very stiff and fold into the juice mixture. Pour into a metal bowl and freeze for about 3 hours.

    Stir vigorously with a whisk every 10 minutes. Fill with some lime slices in champagne flutes. Decorate with mint leaves.
