Ingredients

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 250 g Speisequark Lean Stage
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 200 g Butter or margarine
  • 200 g dried apricots
  • 100 g chopped almonds
  • 12 Bounties
  • 50 g Icing sugar
  • baking paper

Directions

    Knead flour, baking powder, eggs, sugar, vanillin sugar, quark, salt and 125 g fat to a smooth dough. Cut the apricots into fine cubes and knead into the dough together with the almonds. Cut into six pieces of the same size and roll each piece out into a 12x15 cm rectangle or press flat. Place two bounties with the short sides next to each other on a rectangle, roll up and form into a stollen.

    Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes. Let cool down briefly. Melt the rest of the fat in a pot and spread the stollen. Dust with icing sugar
