Ingredients

  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 4 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 4 cl Rum
  • 2 cl White wine
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar

Directions

    Heat the milk. Whisk the egg yolks, sugar, rum and white wine on a hot water bath for approx. 5 minutes until the mixture is almost white and thick-foamed. Stir hot milk and vanillin sugar into the egg foam. Pour into the glasses while still hot
