Ingredients

  • 50 g flaked almonds
  • 200 g Californian, half dried plums
  • 1 package (200 g) Marzipan raw mass
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 1/2 knife tip Vanilla Flavor
  • 3-4 Tbsp Armagnac
  • 30 Paper rosettes

Directions

    Roast the flaked almonds in a coated pan until golden brown. Let them cool on a plate. Crush the plums in the universal chopper to a firm mass. Add marzipan.

    Season with cinnamon, vanilla aroma and Armagnac. Form small balls from the mixture with slightly moistened hands. Immediately turn them into the flaked almonds and place them in paper rosettes. Consume fresh.
