Peel the kohlrabi and grate roughly. Clean and wash the radishes and, except for 4 slices for garnishing, also grate them coarsely. For the marinade season lemon juice with salt, pepper and sugar.
Add oil. Wash the lemon balm, pluck off the leaves and add to the marinade. Clean and wash the lettuce. Line small plates with the lettuce. Add the grated vegetables. Pour the marinade over the grated kohlrabi and let it soak through a little.
Pour on the salad. Serve garnished with lemon and radish slices.
