  • 1 Apples
  • 1 Onion
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash, quarter and core the apple. Grate roughly. Peel onion and chop finely. Mix yoghurt, sour cream and lemon juice. Stir in apple and onion. Season to taste with curry, salt and pepper
