Ingredients

  • 1 collar parsley, dill and chives
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the herbs, dab dry and chop. Peel garlic. Stir curd and crème fraîche until smooth. Press garlic through the garlic press and stir in the herbs. Season with salt and pepper
