Kasseler on vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 Kasseler cutlet (150 g)
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper, possibly salt
  • 1 (40 g) Onion
  • 175 g Celeriac
  • 125 g zucchini, 1 tomato
  • 150 g Leeks (leek)
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 coated Tsp Sauce thickener

Directions

    Wash the chops, dab dry. Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side, season with pepper, keep warm

    Clean, wash and chop the vegetables. Fry in the frying fat, add stock and cook for about 8 minutes. Tie and season to taste. Arrange cutlet on top
