Tartlets with grape curd cream

Ingredients

  • 10 green and blue grapes (about 60 g)
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 80 g Low-fat curd
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 2 Shortcrust pastry tartlets (approx. 25 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Wash the grapes, pluck and drain them. Cut a slice of the lime for decoration and halve it. Squeeze the rest. Stir the quark, lime juice and sugar until smooth. Add 2 tablespoons of quark to each tartlet.

    Halve the grapes and cover the tartlets with them. Decorate with the lime slices and mint.
